Real Madrid is already planning its strategy for the next transfer window and has its sights set on two Premier League midfielders: Manchester City's Rodri and Newcastle United's Sandro Tonali.

According to reports, both players are on the radar of the Madrid outfit ahead of the European summer, in a strategy that once again looks to England in search of top talent.

Rodri, the main target

Real Madrid's main desire would be Rodri, considered one of the best defensive midfielders in the world today. The Spanish footballer is under contract with Manchester City until 2027, but his name continues to generate interest in the market.

Rodri has been a key part of Pep Guardiola's side, winning 11 major honours since joining the English club in 2019

In addition, the midfielder was a protagonist in Spain's triumph at UEFA Euro 2024, which allowed him to win the Ballon d'Or that same year.
