FIFA has already published the list of players who will be eligible for the The Best award. This year's awards includethe best male and female player, male and female goalkeeper, and male and female coach. Voting to determine the winners of each trophy begins today and ends on November 28.

Mbappe has gatecrashed Barcelona and PSG's party. The Frenchman stands out as the only Real Madrid player, while the Catalans and Parisians reign in a star-studded list. Pedri, Raphinha and Lamine Yamal are expected to be the winners, but the Champions League winners will not make it easy for them, including the Ballon d'Or winner Dembele.

On the other hand, the Spanish national team reigns supreme in women's football, so it also dominates the list of candidates to win The Best award. Aitana Bonmati has already won the Ballon d'Or and is the favorite to be honored again, but her compatriots and the English could take it away from her.
